Our clinic name became Creelman Family Practice on May 1, 2016. For many years our practice was known as Drs. Creelman and Shilling, but a name change was needed upon the retirement of Dr. Shilling. We remain in the same location with the same contact phone number, but our hours have expanded to offer you the most convenient scheduling options. This Fall our new provider, Julie Hornsby, ARNP will join Dr. Creelman and Sondra Beck, ARNP.
